Hi, My name is Signe, pronounced Seena. It's of danish origin. I've been in the hair biz since '84 (Yikes!) and I still enjoy it.
My preference is towards mussy, casual looks that have versatility and movement. I love texture in color as well as in cuts. Doing color is
very exciting - the fun as well as the natural stuff. I like to keep some of a person's natura color on their head (even gray) as a backdrop
for the color that I put in there and so that it is flattering and grows out gracefully.
There is a perm wrap which I developed that gives one uneven, natural looking waves and also grows out more gracefully than traditional perms. I'm into as low maintenance and easy as one can get away with but still with a sense of style. On the personal side I love dogs, doing art, yoga and vegetarian cooking though it's hard to fit it all in. I have 5 beautiful sweet dogs - Lucky, Jack, Wolfie, Chloe and Sweetpea (the Terrible). I volunteer at the Humane Society walking the dogs that are up for adoption - it's a great workout and very gratifying. Yoga Oasis is a great place to take yoga classes. We are right next door to the Casbah which is a great veggie restaurant and 4th ave. in general is a great place to soak up artsy ambiance. Hope to see you in the near future... |

Hi, I'm Carmen and I own this unique little place in Historic West University along with my partner Signe. Originally from New Jersey, I've been a stylist and salon owner for a long time. My claim to fame is listening to my clients and knowing what half an inch is. I've set a friendly, casual yet professional atmosphere at the Coyote and you will enjoy being a client here. In my leisure time, I enjoy conversation, good food, cooking, movies, and music. Beach bumming is my ultimate high! |

Hairstyling to me is an art form on it's own. I have the ability to create textures, lines and
design and since everyone's hair is different, there is always a new challenge...add in a Perm
and Color and...WOW!
Most of my advanced education has been with Jingles International, Aveda and other European Teams. I feel very at home at the Coyote Wore Sideburns, I have been here so long it feels like home base. The artsy, friendly atmosphere gives me plenty of room to express the many sides of my creativity and I enjoy my co-workers as well as my clients. In my spare time I practice art. Like hair, batik art requires patience and planning, as well as canvas art and silk painting, some of which display for sale at the Coyote. I love exchanging ideas, stories, and life experiences with my clients and seeing the transformation that occurs both outwardly and inwardly when we are finished. One of my specialities is bringing our the body and curl in naturally curly hair. Giving haircuts that do this are really fun! All in all I love creating beauty in a variety of styles both short and long, and with the addition of color we get to really accent the design we have created with scissors and comb. |

Hairstyling is my third career, and boy do I love it! I've been doing hair for 18 years now and I was fortunate enough to end up with this assorted
bunch of interesting folks here at the Coyote.
Hair is your crowning glory as well as an accessory and a personal statement. It can really make a difference in how one feels. I consider it my job to work with you in creating a style that reflects who you are. I enjoy keeping up with the latest styles, discoveries, and techniques. I prefer more natural hair but enjoy adding color or curl for some pizazz....we could all use some of that in our lives sometimes, right? |

SF working the desk/phone at this great little salon in Tucson. I don't do hair but I know enough to coordinate you with the right stylist. I can also accommodate your retail needs and can special order from the cruel-free, no-animal testing product lines we carry. |

Hi, I've been doing hair since 1985 and love London inspired do's along with working with natural texture and low maintenance styles. Coloring with Aveda is really rewarding and creates beautiful results. Working at the Coyote is the ultimate home for self-expression and freedom, we all love it here! Outside interests include reading, films, studying the horse, the southwest, bicycles and being local. |

Well here is my Bio. Jack of all trades, master of....well that is still in the making. I’m Filimon P. Campos a native Tucsonan, born when Tucson was a wonderful sleepy town. Now, well things are, I guess what a city needs to be, to be a city that is. We just have to keep moving forward. I’m new to the industry, but not to the work force. I’ve done a little of a lot through my working career from a cook to Ameri-Corps member to working in an emergency room as an ER Admitting clerk, and on to other stuff....who knows where the cosmos will lead me. But I do have a career now so I’ll be settling down for a while, all the while overlapping other teachings of what my curious mind wants, also catering to my loyal client base. And adding beautiful souls who happen to find themselves in the chair that is mine. Love Peace and all that Jazz.... |
